The representative I spoke with verified my info and said he would call me back once he looked into the problem. Sure enough he called back within 10 minutes and pointed the problem out to me (duplex setting on my end). Once I made the change the line immediately performed as expected. From the moment I first contacted you regarding our need for connectivity, this has been without a doubt my best experience with any ISP I have worked with around the world. Thanks to you guys 2007 will be a cheaper and more productive year for us at INTEC.
